Having the proper Training is important in any field.
Leather Magic!™ places a great deal of emphasis
on training and support programs. Our goal is to make you successful
and profitable as quickly as possible. Our experienced trainers not
only have extensive knowledge in the repair and restoration processes,
but also have equally extensive field experience. This means that
our instructors will be concentrating on YOUR level from
YOUR vantage point! Sitting in a classroom listening
to boring "should-be" scenarios, does your technicians little
good. Dealing with everyday experiences and situations from a
practical standpoint is what your technicians need. Learning how
to use products in the most efficient manner, perform restoration work
in the shortest amount of time and most importantly, learning how to
provide the strongest, most durable repairs to your customers is where
our training efforts are directed. Of course, knowing the steps
and processes involved in the restoration work is extremely important
and we focus most of our attention to this, we also concentrate on training
your technicians to handle everyday situations such as weather and environmental
conditions, working efficiently, minimizing waste and many other important
factors to running a successful business.

We Do It
Leather Magic!™ provides complete training
in the following ways: |
Classroom
Setting
Training classes are held regularly at our main factory
located in Charlotte, NC, USA as well as our plant located
in Telford, United Kingdom. These classes are limited
to 10-15 students at a time so as to provide adequate attention
to each student and their needs. Classes are subject
specific as to industry, in other words, each class will
be directed towards automotive related, furniture related
or other market specific areas. Classes are scheduled bi-monthly
and require pre-registration of a minimum of 30 days before
each scheduled class.
All training materials and lunches are provided and much
time is spent on "hands-on" experience.
Students will be working on actual "live" pieces
in our service department area.
Travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility
of the student. We have made arrangements to obtain
lodging and rental cars at a highly discounted rate for

One Training
Training classes are scheduled specifically for your organization

each scheduled class.
All training materials are provided and much time is spent
on "hands-on" experience. Students will
be working on actual "live" pieces. You
will need to make arrangements to have actual pieces in
your workshop for student activity.
Travel and accommodation expenses of the instructors are
the responsibility of the student. |

Regional
Training Classes
Regional Training classes are held regularly in various
locations throughout the U.S. These classes are limited
to 10-15 students at a time so as to provide adequate attention
to each student and their needs. Classes are subject
specific as to industry, in other words, each class will
be directed towards automotive related, furniture related
or other market specific areas. Classes are scheduled quarterly
and require pre-registration of a minimum of 30 days before
each scheduled class.
All training materials and lunches are provided and as
much time as possible is spent on "hands-on" experience.
Students will be working on actual "live" pieces
that can be brought into the training area. Training
locations are many times provided by local service providers.

Seminars
Refresher seminars are held twice per year at our main plant
in Charlotte, NC, USA as well as our UK plant located in Telford
United Kingdom. These seminars will provide you with the opportunity
to see live demonstrations of our products and systems, watch
as qualified trainers from our training staff perform actual repair
processes, participate in "hands-On" demonstrations,
ask questions and get real answers to problems or situations you
have encountered, and see the latest developments in our products
and processes. You will also have the opportunity to mingle
with other business owners and technicians in our industry to
get an expanded viewpoint of our industry and the market.
Share ideas and experiences that will promote our industry and
it's reputation
